For more than 10 years, we have successfully implemented more than 200 construction projects for the leaders of the Ukrainian market, including such companies as Siemens, Itera, Danone, Ferrero, AXA Group, radio Liberty, Biocodex, Tetra Pac, Nestle, Bacardi-Martini and many others.
Usually, our clients come to us with a ready-made design project, but very often the development of the design, and the full package of engineering and technical documentation fall on our shoulders. It so happens that the customer’s design project is simply impossible to implement due to the design features of the building, which were not taken into account when developing this project.
We offer a full range of services, which includes:
- inspection, measurements, assessment of the premises and development of the concept of the future office
- development of an office project design with its 3D visualization
- development of a working draft with a full set of drawings
- preparation of specifications and statements of finishing materials, equipment, furniture and other interior elements
- preliminary assessment of the project budget and recommendations for its optimization
Since 2006, Partner Construction has been repairing offices, halls of business centers, coworking and banking branches.
The peculiarity of our company is that we carry out all repair and construction work "turnkey" on our own without the involvement of third-party contractors.
As part of the overhaul of office premises, we perform the following types of work:

In most of the projects implemented by our company, Partner Construction acted as a general contractor. This means that we were responsible not only for the implementation of a certain set of works, but also for the implementation of the entire facility as a whole.
The general contractor takes full control of the construction, ensures timely and effective interaction of all contractors at the construction site, and controls the quality of the work performed. This reduces construction time and saves the customer.
As a general contractor, we carry out:
